Problems overseas? We can be reached by phone or email – and we respond. We have ‘rescued’ clients overseas. We have reversed incorrect room charges, found alternate flights home in the event of airline strikes, made last minute itinerary changes mid-trip and once home – we have reversed unnecessary charges.
When a trip goes sideways overseas we will sort things out for you and if need be we will get you home. We are registered with BC Consumer Affairs (License 49093) which protects you if a supplier goes bankrupt while you are overseas. We are bonded.
